How Energy Performance Contracting Works.
Step 1: Sunset will complete an energy audit of your facility to identify potential energy conservation measures (ECMs). The audit includes a cost/benefit analysis including project cost, potential energy incentives from utilities, and energy savings over time.
Step 2: We then work with you to review the cost/benefit of ECM and financing options to assist you in selecting those which best suit your needs.
Step 3: Sunset designs, permits, installs, and commissions the upgrades you select. We handle the entire process with single-point accountability.
Step 4: Using internationally-recognized methods, we provide long-term Monitoring and Verification of energy savings, as well as maintenance to keep your building performing in top energy efficiency.
