Sunset Air, INC has a job opening for a Commercial Project Coordinator. This position is responsible for supporting and coordinating commercial construction projects. This position works directly with the Project Managers and Foreman on commercial projects as well as works closely with vendors, suppliers and manufacturer representatives for purchasing and coordinating equipment and material orders. The person in this position will be responsible for the following:

* Processing purchase requests and ordering commercial project materials and equipment

* Communicating, negotiating and tracking equipment quotes, billing and lead times with vendors

* Coordinating equipment & material deliveries with vendors, Sunset Air warehouse and jobsite foreman

* Tracking all commercial equipment from time of order to delivery and notifying job foreman and project managers accordingly

* Manage vendors to ensure delivery dates are met and billing is correct

* Create submittals and communicate with customers for approval

* Produce OEM manuals and submit prior to job completion

* Process project billing

* Process ESCO project billing

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to handle multiple responsibilities, tasks and projects on an ongoing basis

Strong knowledge of computer applications MS Office Suite, specifically Excel

Able to prioritize and have strong time management skills

Knowledge of construction accounting and billing preferred

Ability to negotiate with suppliers and vendors

Excellent people and customer service skills (internal and external)

Able to work and communicate with a variety of personalities

Very detailed oriented and have strong organizational skills

Able to work in a fast paced high pressure environment
