Sunset Air is proud to have recieved the following awards.

2008	Lacey Rotary - Ron Rowe Award for Energy Conservation and Environmental Leadership. Peter Fluetsch was joined by Brian Fluetsch, President, Kim Dinsmore, Executive VP, Joe Bettridge PE, VP - Engineering Dept. and Ryan Cuoio PE, Engineering to accept this award commemorating the Sunset Air Building's achievement as a LEED Gold Building, which encourages community improvement, and promotes energy conservation and environmental stewardship.
2008	Thurston County EDC - J.T. Quigg Award to Peter Fluetsch. The EDC Board of Directors established this award to honor and remember the significant contributions of J.T. Quigg, who worked tirelesly and endlessly to imprve the economy and community of Thurston County. Peter Fluetsch has served on the Tumwater Planning Commission and City Council for 15 years, and served as the City's Mayor between 1990 and 1993. He is the Immediate Past President of the Providence St Peter Hospital Foundation Board. Peter Fluetsch has also worked with the Washington Center for the Performing Arts, Thurston County Development council, LOTT Alliance, and the Mayor's Council. Peter Fluetsch is the owner and founder of Sunset Air.
2007	The Carrier Corporation named *Peter Fluetsch, owner/founder of Sunset Air, it's first inductee to the Carrier Hall of Fame.*
2006	The Association of Washington Businesses awarded Sunset Air The Environmental Excellence Award for Education for the Sunset Air LEED Gold office and administration building.
2006	The American Institute of Architects awarded The Clarus Eye Center the *Merit Award*. Sunset provided Design/Build HVAC on the project. The architect for the project was McGranahan. Mountain Construction was the General Contractor.
2006	The *City of Tacoma* awarded the Gary E. Milgard project the "Outstanding Achievement in Historical Preservation" award. Sunset provided Design/Build HVAC on the project. The architect for the project was BOE Architects. Wade Perrow Construction was the General Contractor.
2002	Sunset Air was recognized by Honeywell as an *Authorized Controls Systems Integrator* (ACI) - The highest classification given by Honeywell.
1999	Sunset Air Received the Sheet Metal and Air Conditioner National Association's (SMACNA) NATIONAL CONTRACTOR OF THE YEAR award.
1997	Sunset Air was recognized by the Carrier Corporation as a Distinguished Dealer. From a 8000 member dealer network nation wide, Sunset Air was chosen based on a rigorous evaluation of our business practices and dedication to our customers.
