| Residential Project Manager / Sales |
Job Summary: Responsible for the development of new business in the residential new construction market and the management of existing customers and projects. Work directly with builders and general contractors establishing relationships, completing project take-off's, coordinating project bids and estimates and managing projects from start to completion to ensure customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
Excellent people and customer service skills
Previous business to business sales experience
Knowledge of the residential building process
Strong communication skills
Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
